Bausch & Lomb : When eyewear giant Bausch & Lomb acquired a small eyewear company, they found them-selves suddenly in new territory - fashion.   With the prized Liz Claiborne Eyewear license as part of their new portfolio, Bausch & Lomb needed help.  We were  brought in to make this new acquisition work.  Working closely with key contributors at both B&L and Liz, by uncovering market opportunities and insuring brand integrity, we accelerated growth and achieved market dominance for Liz Claiborne Eyewear. ::: Neal Shapiro  : Never before has a baby-boomer Olympian medallist come back in his fifties in any sport to win a coveted title. Neal Shapiro, the Munich equestrian Olympian wants to try. Stone Group has been brought in to license his name and the concept of the comeback. Kimberly-Clark : Leveraging the stable of Kimberly-Clark baby and childcare brands with strong, potentially explosive licensees is the challenge brought to Stone Group. Stone Group is proud to be partnering with Kimberly-Clark in this  ongoing project providing strategic planning, license process development, research-based, imaginative selection of new product categories, and identification of the right licensees for this valued client.:: Revlon :What a brand - what a licensing history of successes and some failures. We were asked to realign existing programs and develop an enriched strategy for continuing programs.   We added new initiatives to partner portfolios like Revlon Spa at Home.  Consumers embraced it.   Association with this positively trending category refreshed the brand.
